This Return and Refund Policy applies to customers located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer residing in the EEA or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract within the legal period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused
Items must be in their original condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shopvelmont.eu with photographic evidence.
If the defect is confirmed, we will offer:

Orders may be canceled before they are processed and dispatched.
